AUBREY ULIBARRI
COLOR GUARD CAPTION HEAD
After graduating, she decided to further pursue performance opportunities with drum corps and winter guard ensembles such as Seattle Cascades (2015), the Academy (2016), Phantom Regiment (2017-2018), Wasatch Independent (2018), and CGT Dallas (2020).
She is currently finishing her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of New Mexico, where she has focused her research and practice on the relationship between the marching arts and contemporary dance. While at UNM, Aubrey has been involved with the Spirit of New Mexico Marching Band as a member, undergraduate assistant, and choreographer.
Aubrey is passionate about color guard education and has worked with programs in New Mexico, Utah, Texas, and California. Currently, she serves as a color guard choreographer for La Cueva High School, Volcano Vista High School, and Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corps.
Aubrey is excited to lend her expertise to other programs within the SCMA family and looks forward to joining the Allure staff for their 2025 season.
Emma Griego
INSTRUCTOR
While completing her degree at the University of New Mexico, she also studied various styles of dance through the university’s dance program.
Emma has marched five seasons with Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corp. She has also been an official cast member with Glory Independent Winter Guard for their 2023 season.
Joel Estrada
Logistical Director
After graduating, Joel began working as a color guard technician in the El Paso area, sharing his passion and expertise with local programs. He went on to attend the University of Texas at El Paso, where he studied Communication Arts and Dance Studies.
Joel has had the opportunity to perform with various SCMA programs, including the artillery section for Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corps and the mellophone section for Ethereal Winds Independent, contributing to their second WGI championship win.
He has also facilitated clinics for the regional color guard community and continues to support the development of young performers.
Joel has choreographed for various programs including his Alma Mater the University of Texas at El Paso for 2 years where he was able to see the program grow and develop.
He currently holds multiple leadership roles in the marching arts: Logistical Director for Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corps, Director of Allure Independent, and is one of the Directors of the color guard program at Coronado High School.
Isaiah Wright
GUARD TECHNICIAN
Since then, he has performed with: University of North Texas Green Brigade Colorguard (2024), Mirage Performance Ensembles (2025), Arsenal DBC (2025), and NOVA Independent (2026)
Beyond performing, Isaiah has held leadership and instructional roles, including serving on the administrative team for Arsenal Drum & Bugle Corps and as a color guard technician for UNT’s Green Brigade. He currently serves as a technician at Braswell High School and has worked with programs across the DFW metroplex.
Isaiah is completing his undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science with a focus in education, where he is passionate about sharing the love and joy of this activity. He is excited to return to Arsenal for a second season and looks forward to an awesome summer.
